This varies per individual, but it is generally recommended to ensure you are hydrated and have a meal high in protein and carbs before your appointment, and bring snack(s) for during.
I spend each day focused on that days work. Each tattoo is custom designed to match your request. I like to share the piece in person so we can discuss it together at your appointment. Great care goes into each piece. It’s important for me as a professional to see the space you’d like tattooed so that I can assess the final design and it can be uniquely fitted for your body.
